How to make it

  • Peel and devein shrimp
  • Cut bacon in half and wrap around shrimp
  • Place in shallow dish and coat with crushed black pepper
  • Pour teriyaki over shrimp to marinade
  • Let stand in refridgerator for 30min or longer (no more than 2 hours)
  • Skewer shrim on metal skewer and gril until bacon done. Usually around 3min per side.

    Sweet and salty - the flavors I love together! Nice summer griller...will try this next time we have shrimp on the grill - easy enough for a work night meal...gotta love that!
