Ingredients
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato puree
  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 8 oz ground beef
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Cook pasta according to packaage directions.
  3. Drain pasta and in the same pot add beef and onion, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, pepper and salt.
  4. Mix well and heat thoroughly.
  5. Serve with a salad and rolls.

My mom (or grandma for that matter) never made us goulash, but it's so popular these days! I'll try this out with some TVP crumbles, yummy!
