Sounds good, but about how long do the apples take to cook, and do the chops dry out in the meantime sitting in the oven? Just curious?

Apples take about 10 - 12 minutes to soften and no the chops won't dry out because the oven is at a warming temp not to continue cooking - hope you enjoy!
