Mama Mia Minted Porcini

- 1 lb. small fresh porcini mushrooms shopping list
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper shopping list
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh marjoram leaves, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh spearmint or apple mint leaves, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Trim stems of mushrooms, wash and dry.
- Thinly slice the mushrooms and quickly brown.
- drain on paper towels as they cool.
- Divide among four plates, arrange the slices so that they overlap and look like flowers.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped herbs Garnish with whole leaves of mint
