Thanksgiving Cheesecake

My sister first served this at a family Thanksgiving dinner, hence the name. By changing the topping you can make it any flavor you like. It is very tasty and uncomplicated to make. Serve it any time you have a craving for cheesecake!
Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- ******************************************************************************** shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3x 8 oz pkgs cream cheese shopping list
- 3 lg eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9 or 10" springform pan.
- For filling, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat all together til smooth and pour over crust.
- Bake for 30 -35 min til slightly browned.
- Remove cake from oven, cool to room temp. and chill overnight. Just before serving, top with your favourite pie filling, and , if desired, whipped cream.
