How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9 or 10" springform pan.
  • For filling, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat all together til smooth and pour over crust.
  • Bake for 30 -35 min til slightly browned.
  • Remove cake from oven, cool to room temp. and chill overnight. Just before serving, top with your favourite pie filling, and , if desired, whipped cream.
