Chicken Con Salsa Recipe
This one is an easy dinner nice enough for company and easy enough for any day best served over Mexican rice yummy

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken cut up
  • 1 stick of butter yes 1 stick
  • 1 can of tomatos in green chile (rotel) 6 oz or sm
  • 1 can whole tomatos 15 oz
  • 1 half cup water
  • 1 teas garlic powder
  • 1 half teas cumin
  • 1 teas and a half (knorr chicken bouillon)
  • 1 half bell pepper in long thin slices
  • 1 half onion in long thin slices (optional)

Directions
  1. Add butter to hot pan add chicken cook until golden add bell peppers onions saute til tender .Then add tomatos,cumin,garlic,bouillon taste first then add s&p to taste
  2. stir and let simmer 30 to 40 minutes

This sounds great, I would probably cheat and buy a deli roasted chicken! I make something like this but use burgundy wine and also add celery. I serve it over Spanish rice. Here is my 5 for you today. Great post!
