Chicken con salsa

- 1 chicken cut up shopping list
- 1 stick of butter yes 1 stick shopping list
- 1 can of tomatos in green chile (rotel) 6 oz or sm shopping list
- 1 can whole tomatos 15 oz shopping list
- 1 half cup water shopping list
- 1 teas garlic powder shopping list
- 1 half teas cumin shopping list
- 1 teas and a half (knorr chicken bouillon) shopping list
- 1 half bell pepper in long thin slices shopping list
- 1 half onion in long thin slices (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Add butter to hot pan add chicken cook until golden add bell peppers onions saute til tender .Then add tomatos,cumin,garlic,bouillon taste first then add s&p to taste
- stir and let simmer 30 to 40 minutes

This sounds great, I would probably cheat and buy a deli roasted chicken! I make something like this but use burgundy wine and also add celery. I serve it over Spanish rice. Here is my 5 for you today. Great post!
