Diet Coke Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 box devil's food cake mix

1 can diet coke

2 tbsp. lite whipped cream

Directions

Add 1 can diet coke to cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased (bottom only) pan at 350 degrees for 29-34 mins. Cool, cut into 12 pieces and serve with 2 tbsp. lite whipped cream per slice.

NOTE: You can also use alternate flavored cake mixes. White cake mix with diet orange soda (my favorite) and/or spice cake using diet 7-up, or diet sprite.

I make these cakes all of the time. I have a Chocolate Soda Pop Cake recipe on my GR recipes. I swear nobody ever tries these. They are so easy and good. I make all different cakes. I just pair a soda with a soda-works great.
