Thousand Island Slaw With Chicken

A quick and crunchy no cook take on chicken salad...made with homemade Thousand Island dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 1c mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/3c grated sweet onion (vidalia) shopping list
- 1/4c ketchup shopping list
- 4tsp cidar vinegar shopping list
- 2T sweet relish shopping list
- 1tsp caraway seeds shopping list
- 11/2lb coleslaw mix (about 10cups) shopping list
How to make it
- Remove chicken meat from bones and shred or slice
- Whisk together mayo, onion, ketchup, vinegar, relish, caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix and stir to coat. Transfer to shallow serving dish and top with chicken
