Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic - mince
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans minced clams - undained
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 - 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb. munster cheese

Directions
  1. Simmer the onion and the garlic in the butter.
  2. Add the clams, the lemon juice, oregano, tabasco and cayenne.
  3. Add the bread crumbs. The mixture should be a bit mushy.
  4. Blend all together.
  5. Put in a baking dish, looks great in a quiche dish.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan over.
  7. Cover with a layer of the munster cheese.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
