Kids love this. Great use for Granny Smith apples.

Ingredients
- Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 pie crusts
Directions
- Form 2 pie crusts over a pizza pan
- Peel and slice apples
- Mix the apples with the sugar and the cinnamon.
- Arrange the apples over the crust. They should be piled fairly high.
- Mix the butter and the flour together. Put this topping over the apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples and crust are cooked.

This sounds nice and it is so simple - apple pie without the fuss. Vanilla icecream would go a treat with it, I think. Will do it next week-end!
