Apple Pizza Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Form 2 pie crusts over a pizza pan
  • Peel and slice apples
  • Mix the apples with the sugar and the cinnamon.
  • Arrange the apples over the crust. They should be piled fairly high.
  • Mix the butter and the flour together. Put this topping over the apples.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples and crust are cooked.

    This sounds nice and it is so simple - apple pie without the fuss. Vanilla icecream would go a treat with it, I think. Will do it next week-end!
