Taco Soup

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 15.5 oz. can pinto beans shopping list
- 1 15.25 oz. can whole kernal corn shopping list
- 1 14.5 oz. can green beans shopping list
- 1 15 oz. can ranch beans undrained shopping list
- 1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 12 oz. can beer shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles shopping list
- 1 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 1 oz. envelope ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 5 6-inch cor tortillas shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in a stockpot, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
- Return beef to pot.
- Rinse and drain pinto beans, corn and green beans; stir into beef.
- Stir in ranch beans and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes.
- Cut tortillas into 1/4 inch strips.
- Place on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls and top with tortilla strips.
