Great salad, great flavors. This one came from a girl that caters. It's great to make this one ahead of time.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz washed cut-up spinach
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • scallions, cut small
  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen peas
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 6 hard boiled eggs - sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Layer the ifirst 6 ngredients in the order given, in an attractive glass bowl.
  2. Mix the may and the sour cream together and pour on top of the eggs.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Let sit for at least 20 minutes.
