    Thanks Judith. I researched on the internet and found out that the best way to make very tender ribs is to pre-cook them in the oven at a low temperature for 4 hours. Then bbq them for half an hour. I am trying, they are in the oven now. Wish me luck!!! Usually when I do something for the first time it comes out great, I hope it works also this time, if not we still have an antipasto di rusticini, formaggio and crackers, then tagliatelle ai funghi and piselli con pancetta e cipolla, patate al forno con aglio e rosmarino and salad. Then tiramisu' as dessert. Pleanty of food even without ribs, and I can always blame it on the fact that Italians don't know how to bbq :))
