Chicken Casserole Recipe
Easy and delicious chicken casserole.Can cover and chill overnight,bring to room temp. before baking.

Ingredients
  • 3c cooked,chopped chicken
  • 2c cooked wild rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 11/2c chopped celery
  • 11/2c chopped onion
  • 1c mayonaisse'
  • 3/4c sliced almonds
  • 1/2c chicken broth
  • 2Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 sleeve round buttery crackers crushed
  • 1/4c butter,melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish
  2. In a large bowl,combine chicken,rice,soup,celery,onion,mayonaisse,almonds,broth and lemon juice. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl combine cracker crumbs and butter,tossing gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over casserole. Bake 45 mins,or till golden brown and bubbly.
