Laurries Chimichurri Sauce for Meat

- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic shopping list
- 3 tablespoons finely minced shallot shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cruched red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vinegar& lime juice in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Finely mince garlic & shallot and add to vinegar mixture. Let set for 15 minutes.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes and salt, shisk to combine.
- Stream in olive oil while whisking continuously.
- Add chopped cilantro.
- Let mixture set for 1 hour for flavors to combine.
- Use on meats.
