How to make it

  • Stir and cook onion, salt and beef in hot skillet for about 5 minutes, until onion softens and meat cooks through (but is not browned).
  • Stir in barbecue sauce.
  • Serve hot on plain or toasted buns.

    Wonderful, easy, and really hit's the spot when you want something BBQ'y. The key is to use a barbecue sauce you like. I like Stubb's Sweet Heat best but any of their others are great too. I found that 1/2 cup of sauce was plenty. I think a full cup would have been too much.
