- COUNTRY bacon - AND - cheese MUFFINS shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled shopping list
- 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 3/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl;
- make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients,
- stirring just until moistened.
- Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from pans immediately.
- Yield: 1 dozen.
