Chicken Wildrice And Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups water

1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth

1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup

2/3 cup uncooked wildrice, rinsed and drained

1/2 tsp. thyme

Salt, to taste

1/8 tsp. pepper

3 cups shredded cooked chicken, in bite size pieces

2 cups shredded fresh spinach

Directions

In a 4-qt. crockpot, combine the water, broth, soup, uncooked wildrice and thyme.

Cover and cook on LOW heat for 6-7 hours or on HIGH heat for 3-

3 1/2 hours.

Stir in chicken, spinach, salt (to taste), and pepper. Serve.
