Ingredients
  • 2 tbs unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยบ.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medioum heat.
  3. Add the spices and cook 30 seconds. Stir in the nuts and toss to coat well. Cook 2 mins.
  4. Spread the nuts in one layer on a baking sheet. Bake 8 mins. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  5. Store in a tin or jar for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to a month.
