How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  • Grease individual 16 non stick petite loaf pan or 2 non stick loaf pan .
  • Sift the flour , baking pwd and salt .
  • Beat the butter and sugar for 4 mins .
  • Beat another 3 mins until light in color .
  • Add the eggs one by one for 2 mins until fluffy .
  • Continue to beat for 1 min .
  • Add the yogurt and vanilla essence until mixed .
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks .
  • Pour 4 tbsp into each pan .
  • Bake for 25 mins .
