Cold Russian Champagne Soup

Probably called Russian related to the ingredients used. This is an unusal soup but really tasty and refreshing on a very hot day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb finely chopped ham shopping list
- 2 to 3 small cucumbers chopped shopping list
- 4 green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk celery fine chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped dill shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 bottle very dry champagne shopping list
- 2 hard cooked eggs chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except eggs and sour cream.
- Chill very well, 4 to 5 hours
- Just before serving stir in chopped egg and sour cream
