Creamy Pecan Spread

Good way to use those Southern pecans. This is served hot, it's easy to make and oh so tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 Tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 (1 1/2 oz) jar sliced dried beef, chopped up shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, and milk, mixing until well blended.
- Stir in dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes, & seasonings: and; mix well.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Spoon into an 8 inch pie plate.
- Heat and crisp pecans in melted butter and salt; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers.
