Seafood Strudel

- 2 oz shrimp shopping list
- 2 oz scallops shopping list
- 2 oz salmon shopping list
- 1/2 oz green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 oz red peppper chopped shopping list
- zest from a lemon shopping list
- 2 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbs heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 bunch basil shopping list
- 1/4 bunch tarragon shopping list
- 1/4 bunch dill shopping list
- 2 squares of puff pastry sheets shopping list
- garlic to taste shopping list
- egg for egg wash of pastry ( mix egg with a bit of water ) shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all seafood and mix in with chopped peppers and chopped herbs,
- Divide mixrure on the 2 pasty squares.
- Egg wash edges and fold into a triangle.
- Press edges together with tines of fork.
- Brush egg wash over pastry
- Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden
