How to make it

  • Chop all seafood and mix in with chopped peppers and chopped herbs,
  • Divide mixrure on the 2 pasty squares.
  • Egg wash edges and fold into a triangle.
  • Press edges together with tines of fork.
  • Brush egg wash over pastry
  • Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden
