Cheddar Fruit Drops

Unusual but very good cookie. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups unbleached flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 8-1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy then stir in egg and vanilla.
- Add combined dry ingredients and blend well then stir in cheese, pineapple and cherries.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
