Sarahs Jello
From blueeyes68ky 15 years agoIngredients
- 1 large (6 oz.) box of lime jello shopping list
- 1 can of pineapple, drained and save the juice shopping list
- Note: Back in grandmaw's day they only had sliced pineapple and then you had to cut it in chunks. My version is chunk or pineapple tidbits. shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Put jello in a large glass container.
- Stir in 1 cup of boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour juice in 1 cup measuring cup and fill cup with cold water until you have 1 cup.
- Pour this in the jello and stir until mixed.
- Add pineapple and stir.
- Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or longer.
- Another note: If you want the pineapple all through you need to keep the jello stirred everyonce in a while until jello starts to set. Mine I just put it in refrigerator until it sets.

I love this! My grandmother raised me and she was always trying different ways to do jell-o, blueberries, pineapples, bananas and so on. That was the only wAy I would eat jell-o and I'm still that way.
