Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put jello in a large glass container.
  • Stir in 1 cup of boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Pour juice in 1 cup measuring cup and fill cup with cold water until you have 1 cup.
  • Pour this in the jello and stir until mixed.
  • Add pineapple and stir.
  • Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or longer.
  • Another note: If you want the pineapple all through you need to keep the jello stirred everyonce in a while until jello starts to set. Mine I just put it in refrigerator until it sets.

I love this! My grandmother raised me and she was always trying different ways to do jell-o, blueberries, pineapples, bananas and so on. That was the only wAy I would eat jell-o and I'm still that way.

my name's sarah haha... I know pineapple prevents jello from setting unless it's cooked first so canned is the only way to go here. Sounds awesome though, will try it for sure!
