Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

The batter supposedly stays fresh in the fridge for 3 weeks. I wouldn't know. It doesn't last that long at our house. I used to make these for my boys so they would eat something for breakfast before school.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 15 ounce box raisin bran
Directions
- Stir everything together in a large bowl. Cover..
- Refrigerate over night. Or up to 3 weeks.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray regular size muffin pan.
- Fill 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 minutes.
