How to make it

  • Stir everything together in a large bowl. Cover..
  • Refrigerate over night. Or up to 3 weeks.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray regular size muffin pan.
  • Fill 2/3 full.
  • Bake 15 minutes.

    Outstanding muffin recipe and very easy to make. I always reduce the sugar in recipes and did on this one too. Used only 1 1/4 cup of sugar and the muffins still tasted great. Not sweet and sugary ... just a good ole Raisin Bran muffin!
