Lous Disappearing Chicken In Wine With Mushrooms Recipe
This is a quick and delicious meal, not to mention inexpensive, but it tastes like it costs a million $$.

Ingredients
  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • l head of Garlic (not clove) separated, and peeled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms (or more)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Put chicken and garlic in a baking dish with 2 inch sides. Pour white wine and olive oil over chicken, season with salt and pepper. Top with mushrooms. Marinate for 30 minutes, then turn chicken and marinate for another 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn and bake for another 30 minutes or until cooked through and skin is crispy ( I turn up the heat to 375 to crisp the skin.) Garnish with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve with what ever you like. Sooooo Gooood!
