Teriyaki Ginger Marinade Recipe
Not being to the grocery store in a while, I whipped this together with a few ingredients I had in my refrigerator & pantry.

Ingredients
  • 1 T grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 C bottled teriyaki sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of lime zest
  • salt & fresh pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag
  2. add your chicken (4 pieces is what I tried the recipe with), fish or meat
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but overnight is even better.
