Shrimp And Scallops In Ginger Lime Sauce

- 3 Tbs margarine, softened shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh ginger, or (2 tsp ground) shopping list
- 2 tsp lime zest shopping list
- 1 Tbs EVOO shopping list
- 3 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1 lb medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1 lb scallops shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 Tbs parsley shopping list
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Combine 2 Tbs margarine, ginger and lime zest.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Cook pasta according to pkg directions
- Heat pan and add EVOO, 1 Tbs margarine and lime juice
- Stir until heated through
- Add shrimp and sear until turning pink
- add scallops
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- add lime/ginger/margarine mixture
- Cook 1-3 minutes until scallops are cooked through
- Sprinkle with parsley
- Serve over pasta
