How to make it

  • Combine 2 Tbs margarine, ginger and lime zest.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Cook pasta according to pkg directions
  • Heat pan and add EVOO, 1 Tbs margarine and lime juice
  • Stir until heated through
  • Add shrimp and sear until turning pink
  • add scallops
  • season with salt and pepper to taste
  • add lime/ginger/margarine mixture
  • Cook 1-3 minutes until scallops are cooked through
  • Sprinkle with parsley
  • Serve over pasta
