How to make it

  • Fry the onion for 2 mins .
  • Add the tomatoe slices and fry for 1 min .
  • Add the sambar pwd .
  • Continue to fry for 2 mins .
  • Add the paste and fry until the oil leaves the sides .
  • Add the chicken and mix well .
  • Once it changes the colour add half cup water .
  • Check salt .
  • Cover and simmer for 10 mins .
  • Serve HOT with Green Biryani .
  • ( Green Biryani ).
