Baked Beans With Kahula Brandy And Rum Recipe
These are a bit different but people love the added flavors. I usually like to use a canned baked bean with some sweetness to ofset the other flavors.

Ingredients
  • 4, 1 kb cans of your favorite baked beans
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup EACH: Kahula, brandy and rum
  • 1 onion fine chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 lb sasuage cooked and sliced ( optional )

Directions
  1. Prep time does not include chilling of overnight liquids
  2. Mix all liquids and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Mix mustard and chili sauce into beans.
  4. Then pour liquers over beans, mix in bacon, onion and sausage if using.
  5. Bake in a slow oven ( 200F ) at least 2 hours or until well heated.
