How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl,combine all ingredients excet turkey legs;mix well. Place legs on a rack in a roasting pan and brush evenly with oil mixture.
  • Bake for 11/4-11/2 hours or till skin is golden brown and no pink remains;basting occasionally.

    I spiced it up a bit more ,a great flavor is sambal olek ,its a very tasty chili paste ,i mean it has a n amazing taste ,i cookedf to direction then basted with the samball (like 2 tablespoons with a little honey ,(maybe 1 tablespoon ,)then i finised on the bbq just to cook the sauce in a bit,(like 5 min to get flavor .It was so good it made me want to slap my momma
