New Orleans Style Bread Pudding

- 4 cinnamon glazed cinnamon rolls,cubed shopping list
- 2/3c raisins shopping list
- 2c whole milk shopping list
- 4 lg. eggs shopping list
- 1/2tsp pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2c heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2c butter shopping list
- 1/2c granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4c whiskey shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cinnamon roll cubes and raisins in a largr bowl;set aside
- In med. bowl,shisk milk,eggs and vanilla until well combined. Pour over rolls;stir to combine. Let stand 20 mins
- Pour into a 2qt. round baking dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray.
- Bake in preheated 350 oven 50 mins. or till knife inserteed in center comes out clean.
- Meanwhile,in small saucepan,combine cream,butter,sugar and whiskey. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat;stirring constantly. Serve over bread pudding.
