Spicy Italian Meat Balls Recipe
Very easy to make and full of flavor. Can be made alone or added to your favorite pasta dish. Try as a meatball sandwich by adding pasta sauce topped with mozzerela cheese on a hunk of italian loaf!

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs of ground beef 80/20 mix
  • 1 lbs Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp parsly
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1tbsp Olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl
  2. Form mixture into 2 inch balls then add to a skillet with olive oil on medium heat.
  3. Brown the meatballs and then place them on a plate.
  4. Now here is where it is up to you to finish them off. I have put them in my pasta sauce for about 20-30 minutes or you can bake them in the oven at about 375 F degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Also you can increase or decrease the spices to you liking.
