Spicy Italian Meat Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 lbs of ground beef 80/20 mix

1 lbs Italian Sausage

1 cup of Italian bread crumbs

1tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp basil

1 tbsp parsly

1 tbsp dried minced onion

1tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl

Form mixture into 2 inch balls then add to a skillet with olive oil on medium heat.

Brown the meatballs and then place them on a plate.

Now here is where it is up to you to finish them off. I have put them in my pasta sauce for about 20-30 minutes or you can bake them in the oven at about 375 F degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

Also you can increase or decrease the spices to you liking.
