Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

4 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

8 cup mixture of corn, rice and/or wheat cereal (eg Chex cereals)

1 cup mixed nuts

1 cup bite-sized bagel chips or mini pretzels

Directions

In a small bowl, add seasoned salt and worcestershire sauce to melted margarine; mix well.

Pour cereal, mixed nuts and pretzels or bagel chips into large resealable plastic bag.

Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture inside resealable plastic bag. Seal top of bag securely. Shake bag until all pieces are evenly coated.

Pour contents of bag into large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 5-6 minutes, stirring every two minutes. Spread onto absorbent paper to cool. Store in resealable plastic bag or airtight container.

Conventional Oven Directions:

Preheat oven to 250F. Mix margarine as above and pour over cereal mixture. Transfer to an open roasting pan.

Bake one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cool and store as directed above.
