How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 X 13 in baking pan
  • In saucepan heat butter on medium heat until color of light brown sugar, remove from heat and set aside
  • In bowl, stir together graham crackers, flour, coconut, pecans, and 1/4 cup sugar
  • Stir in butter until combined
  • Evenly press mixture along bottom of baking dish
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
  • In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar on medium until combined
  • Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined.
  • Pour mixture over hot crust and then sprinkle on blueberries
  • Bake 20 minutes or until center looks set
  • Cool in pan on rack, then cover and refrigerate 3 hours before cutting
