A combination of favorite flavors we tried and loved. No mayonnaise to worry about spoilage.

Ingredients
  • 2 bags of angel hair slaw, green and red cabbage/carrot mix
  • 1 red onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of canola oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 1/8 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup of yellow mustard
  • 1 minced pulverized smoked jalapeno in adobo sauce (I use only half)

Directions
  1. Dump mix in a colander, rinse.
  2. Spin dry.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the jalapeno, orange juice concentrate, mustard, sugar and vinegar.
  4. Slowly add the oil, whisking briskly all the time.
  5. Pour over slaw and onion.
  6. Toss well.
  7. Chill at least 20 minutes and then eat.
