How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar, then fold in cool whip
  • Add pineapple and store overnight in the fridge
  • Mix the pretzels, pecans, 2/3 cup sugar and butter
  • Press in 9X13 pan, then bake 7 minutes at 375 degrees
  • Let crust mixture cool, then break into pieces and store until ready to serve
  • Mix topping with cool whip mixture and serve
