Ingredients

Baguette (any kind)

Sharp white cheddar or Double Gloucester cheese, (or your favorite hard cheese) sliced

Pesto

Directions

Slice baguette thinly

Place one cheese slice on each bread piece

Top cheese with small dollop of pesto

Broil for 4-6 minutes, depending on your oven
