Philadelphia Strawberry Fields No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 honey maid honey grahams, finely crushed
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tub (8oz.) cool whip, thawed

Directions
  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup of the sugar
  2. pressonto bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
  3. Refrigerate while preparing filling
  4. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  5. Add preserves; mix well
  6. Place strawberries and remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar in small bowl.
  7. Mash with fork.
  8. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cheese mixture.
  9. Spoon over crust and cover
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

This is awsome... i luv NO-BAKE recipes cuz when i go to my g-mas house the oven is broken yet she always wants me to make some dessert for her!!


This sounds fantastic and no baking!


I love this recipe and I have one that is very similar but without the Cool Whip. I am looking forward to trying this and I have a sneaking suspicion it's going to be a winner!
