Swordfish Sicilian Style Recipe

A little herb-infused dressing transforms just-grilled swordfish steaks

Ingredients
- 2Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2tsp salt
- 2tsp chopped oregano1/4c extra virgin olive oil
- fresh ground pepper
- 2lbs swordfish steaks,cut 1/2" thick.
Directions
- Light a grill In a smaal bowl,mix the lemon juice with thesaltuntil the salt dissolves Stir in the oregano. Whisk in the olive oil and season generously with pepper.
- Grill the swordfish steaks over high heat,turning once,until cooked through,6-7 mins. Transfer the swordfis to a platter.Prick each steak in several placeswith a fork.Using a spoon,beat the sauce,then drizzle over the fish. Serve at once.
