Bette Hagmans GF flour blend

- 2 cups rice flour (brown or white, just remember brown must be refrigerated) shopping list
- 2/3 cup potato or corn starch (I prefer corn) shopping list
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch shopping list
- 1 tsp xanthan gum shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients.
- I sift the ingredients before mixing, they mix better.
- I use cup for cup substitution for wheat in almost all recipes. (I haven't tried it in bread recipes)
- Store in a tightly closed container.

Bette is the best - I have posted a few of her recipes and have always had a great product result. I have a wheat allergy and my husband who does not loves everything I have made from her cookbooks. Great post! 5 for me - I know it's good.
