How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • I sift the ingredients before mixing, they mix better.
  • I use cup for cup substitution for wheat in almost all recipes. (I haven't tried it in bread recipes)
  • Store in a tightly closed container.

    Bette is the best - I have posted a few of her recipes and have always had a great product result. I have a wheat allergy and my husband who does not loves everything I have made from her cookbooks. Great post! 5 for me - I know it's good.
