Cheddar Rice Casserole

- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3 cups cooked long grain rice shopping list
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 4 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
- bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
