How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  • I would suggest adding the spinach last as it's difficult to blend unless you have the moisture of the other ingredients first.
  • Refrigerate remaining shake.
  • This recipe makes 28 to 30 ounces—about three to four servings.

    I made it after the show and it actually tastes pretty good. It tastes healthy and its full of great stuff. I think it'll become a regular in my diet.

    I watched this show today also and yes, I'll be making it. Also liked the super Vit. D drink = a shot of cod liver oil with lemon squeezed in it. Women need to try this one.
