Ingredients
  • • 2 cups spinach
  • • 2 cups cucumber
  • • 1 head of celery
  • • 1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root
  • • 1 bunch parsley
  • • 2 apples
  • • Juice of 1 lime
  • • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. I would suggest adding the spinach last as it's difficult to blend unless you have the moisture of the other ingredients first.
  3. Refrigerate remaining shake.
  4. This recipe makes 28 to 30 ounces—about three to four servings.

I watched this show today also and yes, I'll be making it. Also liked the super Vit. D drink = a shot of cod liver oil with lemon squeezed in it. Women need to try this one.

I made it after the show and it actually tastes pretty good. It tastes healthy and its full of great stuff. I think it'll become a regular in my diet.

Can't wait to try this. thank you for sharing.
