- • 2 cups spinach shopping list
- • 2 cups cucumber shopping list
- • 1 head of celery shopping list
- • 1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root shopping list
- • 1 bunch parsley shopping list
- • 2 apples shopping list
- • juice of 1 lime shopping list
- • juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- I would suggest adding the spinach last as it's difficult to blend unless you have the moisture of the other ingredients first.
- Refrigerate remaining shake.
- This recipe makes 28 to 30 ounces—about three to four servings.

I watched this show today also and yes, I'll be making it. Also liked the super Vit. D drink = a shot of cod liver oil with lemon squeezed in it. Women need to try this one.
