These are incredibly easy, incredibly good, incredibly creamy and incredibly chocolatey. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 box dark fudge cake mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons shortening shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons hot water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- Preheat oven to 325. shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cookie ingredients with electric mixer then knead with hands until consistency of dough.
- Form dough into balls about 3/4" in diameter and press flat 1/2" apart on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 5 minutes or until crunchy.
- Let cookies cool on sheets.
- As they cool combine filling ingredients well with electric mixer.
- With hands form filling into balls about 1/2" in diameter.
- Place filling ball in center of flat side of cookie.
- Press with another cookie flat side down until filling spreads to edge.
