Malaysian Chicken On Fresh Greens

- 1/2 cup unseasoned rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. sesame oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper shopping list
- 4 (4-5 oz.) grilled chicken breasts, cut into strips shopping list
- 6 cups mixed salad greens shopping list
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thinly shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1/2 cup alfalfa or bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Stir in the grilled chicken strips; toss to coat. Refrigerate up to 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, onion, carrots, sprouts and radishes; tossing well. Divide salad mixture among 4 serving plates; top with chicken and add some dressing
