How to make it

  • Combine honey, mustard, water, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and grill 5 minutes on one side then turn.
  • While grilling on second side brush with honey Dijon sauce.
  • Grill 5 minutes longer.
  • Serve with extra sauce on the side.

    Great, as I posted before didn't use the water brushed on both sides, did not use salt, added a little sriracha hot chili sauce, cooked it on George foreman grill @ 300° for about 8 min. Turned it halfway, minced scallions on top before serving over mixed vegetables (that also had some of the sauce mixed in)
