Impossible Pie

Makes it's own crust with coconut filling--I don''t know, must be magic :)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together, then pour into ungreased glass pie pan.
- Bake at 350* for 55 minutes.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Store leftovers (if any!) in refrigerator.
