Makes it's own crust with coconut filling--I don''t know, must be magic :)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • nutmeg

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together, then pour into ungreased glass pie pan.
  2. Bake at 350* for 55 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  4. Store leftovers (if any!) in refrigerator.
