This turned out very well using tilapia. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe as written. The second time I made it, I decided to make it more diet-friendly by substituting the mayo in the recipe with low-fat sour cream, leaving everything else as written. Trust me - it NEEDS the mayo! The bread crumb topping is delicious and has great texture when made with the mayo, but NOT with the sour cream. Will make this recipe as-written next time!

I didn't think this recipe was very good. The mayonnaise added grease rather than flavor, in fact, there was very little flavor here. I will be trying a different recipe next time Mahi Mahi is on sale at the grocery.

I'm not a very "experienced" cook and had some frozen fillets in the freezer. Just made this and it was great despite having to improvise with minced onions, garlic croutons crumbled into bread crumbs. I plugged it into Weight Watchers and it came up with a points value = 11 for 12 ozs of fillets. Thanks!

Mahi Mahi is an awesome fish. I could get in trouble for admitting that I like it better than grouper... (you live in Florida, grouper is KING). This is a wonderful easy preparation. Very nice. Mayo coating do something wonderful to baked fish. Try it, you'll love it.
