- 2 lbs of your favorite sausage shopping list
- Your favorite marinara or meat sauce shopping list
- •Filling: shopping list
- 24 ounce container small ricotta (good quality) shopping list
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 3eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 cup shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 packages of oven-ready lasagna noodles – or – parboiled lasagna sheets (Specialty Stores) in dairy section shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- Shredded mozzarella cheese for top shopping list
- Shredded parmesan cheese for top shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet brown sausage.
- Add you favorite sauce
- Simmer while preparing the filling
- Mix filling ingredients together.
- In a 13 x9” Kaiser Springform pan put a layer of sauce then a layer of uncooked noodles and a layer of filling.
- Layer of cooked sausage
- I make 4 layers
- Alternate layers making the last layer the sauce.
- Add more shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top then sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake at 350 covered with foil for 35 minutes.
- Take foil off and bake for 15 minutes then allow to set 15 minutes before taking the sides of the pan off.
